When we work with our young learners, we need to make sure there is a strong foundation of understanding, especially in math. Attendees will participate in activities that foster visual thinking, utilize hands-on manipulatives, engage in number talks, and manipulate flexible numbers. We will then connect them to digital activities which allow students to be creative and reinforce these skills and ideas. (Gsuite will be used).
